Join us at Kilver Court for a special Midsummer celebration hosted by Makers & Merchants. Founders Zoe Jackson and Nick Robinson will welcome guests for an evening of award-winning English wine, exceptional seasonal food and inspiring company in the beautiful surroundings of Kilver Court Gardens and Ballroom.
This exclusive event celebrates the arrival of Makers & Merchants two shops at Kilver Court and showcases the very best of West Country hospitality, craftsmanship and locally sourced produce.
The evening begins at 6:00pm in the gardens with a glass of Furleigh Estate Sparkling Rosé and a selection of canapés, accompanied by a short introduction from Kilver Court's Head Gardener, Chris Inchley. Guests will then have the opportunity to explore the gardens before taking their seats in the Ballroom for a seasonal sharing supper.
Throughout the evening, Lisa Ellingham of Furleigh Estate Vineyard and Caroline Sharley of The Giggling Grape Wine Merchant will introduce each wine pairing, sharing tasting notes and the stories behind the wines served with every course.
Curated by Zoe Jackson of Makers & Merchants, the five-course seasonal menu has been thoughtfully designed to complement a selection of wines from Furleigh Estate.
