Father Christmas and his elves are heading to Kilver Court for Friday 8th, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th December!

To start your visit, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly Kilver Court elves, who will take you to elf central to make magical reindeer food as you wait to meet Father Christmas.

When the time comes, the elf will lead you through Kilver Court's beautiful wintery garden, where Father Christmas will be waiting in our warm and cosy garden roundhouse. The grotto will be decorated traditionally, for a real step-back-in-time, with lights twinkling on the Christmas tree and sacks of presents waiting.

Tickets cost £15 per child. Each child will receive an age appropriate toy, access to the magic reindeer making activity and time with our elf and Father Christmas. There are no hidden extras, such as adult admission.

Booking Details

• When booking, please book one slot per child. For example, to bring two children, book two consecutive slots.
• Your child must have a specified slot and ticket to receive a gift from Father Christmas.
• When booking online, specify your child's name, age group, and any additional information we should know.
   

Arrival and Timing

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your slot. If coming earlier, head over to the Kilver Court coffee shop where you can purchase a variety of festive refreshments.
• Make your way to The Wiggly Shed and quote your booking reference to a team member. You can have this printed or electronically.
• Avoid being late to prevent missing your slot.
   

Preparation and Safety

• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. There might be slippery surfaces on the way to the roundhouse grotto, especially in wet conditions.
   

Confirmation and Communication

• Your ticket will be sent to you via email, once the purchase is complete to the submitted email address. If you have not received your ticket, please check all spam and junk folders before contacting us.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for event tickets. If you have any queries, please contact us.

Kilver Court is also offering visits to Father Christmas' Grotto for children with additional needs from 9am - 10am on 8th, 9th and 10th December.

These sessions can only be pre-booked, to avoid queues on the day and a reduced number of families attending in each slot.

During Quiet Grotto visits, we will make sure that all music is off, twinkling lights are set to still, gifts can be wrapped or unwrapped. If required, we are also happy to email a photo of the grotto to prepare children for what they will see on the day.
