Rolling out the white carpet for BBC's Gardeners’ Question Time
We’re delighted to announce that Kilver Court is teaming up with the Shepton Snowdrop Festival to host a truly special event – BBC Radio 4’s Gardeners’ Question Time – right here in Shepton Mallet!
Taking place on Tuesday 14th January 2025, this event promises to be an evening full of expert gardening advice, insightful tips, and the unique charm of one of the UK’s most cherished radio programmes.
What to Expect
Gardeners’ Question Time, a staple of BBC Radio 4 with over two million weekly listeners, has been delighting audiences since 1947. This long-running show has visited some extraordinary venues over the years, from Buckingham Palace to the top of Mount Snowdon – and now, Kilver Court is thrilled to join that list.
This January, the panel of gardening experts – Anne Swithinbank, Matthew Wilson, and Pippa Greenwood – will be chaired by Peter Gibbs as they tackle questions submitted by local gardening enthusiasts.
