After such positive feedback from Victoria Hilton’s Pop-Up Pilates class, we are delighted to introduce you to Nicky Whitaker. Nicky has been working as a Personal Trainer and fitness instructor for 8 years and is the trainer at Babington House. Nicky’s extensive experience includes co-running a successful gym as well as working as a 1:1 PT. Currently, Nicky is working with a wide group of private clients with varying needs and fitness levels and runs regular exercise classes throughout the week.

Nicky will be offering 2 classes per week here at Kilver Court, running on a Wednesday and Friday morning at 10:30am-11:30am. To complement our Pop-Up Pilates class on a Thursday morning, Nicky will be offering a Stretch, Glutes and Core class on Wednesday morning, and for that cardio hit, a Body Boost class on Friday morning. The first classes will be on Wednesday 7th December and Friday 9th December 2022.

The Stretch, Glutes and Core class is a popular mat class for all ages and abilities. It is designed to lengthen your muscles, tighten abs, tone glutes, and increase balance and flexibility. You will gently work the whole body, feel more flexible, toned, strong and relaxed.

Nicky’s Body Boost class is a fun and sociable boot camp style class for all ages and abilities. Tone, get fit, lose fat, and build strength. Working safely at your own pace, you will work your whole body using a variety of gym equipment and body weight exercises.

How To Book

Both classes will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis but drop ins are also welcome, make sure to drop Nicky an email to let her know beforehand. Payment for a drop in is £14 per session. ​

The first class can be booked as a one-off session, at the discounted rate, paid for on arrival. If you like the class, and would like to continue, subsequent classes can be booked as a block of 6, with each session costing £12. The classes will be personal, tailored to your needs and each attendee will have your own block of classes beginning from your first session, so you can begin whenever is convenient for you. ​All classes will have a maximum of 12 people, and spaces are limited.

The classes have limited spaces, so Nicky is able to tailor training to individual needs and a taster session can be booked at a 50% discounted rate for either class at £6 for the hour. 


Pop-Up Pilates

For those that are still enjoying our Pop-Up Pilates with Victoria Hilton, we are thrilled to confirm these will be continuing into the New Year with the first course running from 5th January 2023 – 9th February 2023, with the following course of classes beginning on 23rd February.

For those of you who are new here, Victoria Hilton has been teaching Pilates and other forms of movement in London, and more recently Somerset, for over a decade. Victoria specialises in rehabilitation, pre-and post-natal exercise, movement therapy and massage. Victoria offers classes that run in blocks of 6, and can also offer 1:1 sessions.

Victoria’s 1:1 sessions will be held at her studio which is located just outside of Glastonbury and is fully equipped. These can be booked outside of the class time to troubleshoot any issues you may be having, or if you would just like some personal tuition.

How To Book

Pop-Up Pilates with Victoria Hilton will be in a 6-session term, on the dates above at 9.30am – 10.20am. The classes are personal and relaxed with a limited number of spaces to ensure safe practice.

As the classes are small, they will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and again, booking is essential. The classes are £12 per session, and participants are required to book the sessions in a block of 6, paid for in advance (so, £72). There is a no refund policy for no show.
