Pilates has been highly regarded by dancers and celebrities, since it’s conception by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s, for its long-term health benefits. An exciting ‘Pop-Up Pilates’ class will be held in the Kilver Court ballroom from Thursday 8th September – Thursday 13th October 2022 with Victoria Hilton.
With the stunning Kilver Court Gardens as a backdrop, you can enjoy this low-impact exercise whilst creating optimal strength and balance. So, join us for a dynamic, classically inspired mat Pilates class!

The benefits of Pilates can include increased body awareness, postural correction, core strength, improved flexibility, and is a safeguard against back pain and other injuries. Not only this, but Pilates has also been proved to reduce stress, boost immunity, and improve sleep. Suitable for all ages, sizes, fitness levels, genders and races. Pilates can help everyone and is safe to practice during pregnancy.
The class at Kilver Court will be led by Victoria Hilton, who has been teaching Pilates and other forms of movement in London, and more recently Somerset, for over a decade. Victoria specialises in rehabilitation, pre and post natal exercise, movement therapy and massage.
Pop-Up Pilates with Victoria Hilton will be in a 6-session term, running from Thursday 8th September - Thursday 13th October at 9.30am – 10.20am. The classes are personal and relaxed with a maximum of 12 people.
How to book
As the classes are small, they will be on a first come, first serve basis. The classes will be £12 per session, with a half term commitment of 6 classes. Participants will be required to commit to and pay £72 for the 6 classes up front in advance. There is a no refund policy for no show.
