Delivery Information

We offer delivery within 5 to 7 Working Days to addresses in the United Kingdom. Deliveries will be attempted between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Saturday via Royal Mail.

Please note deliveries do not take place on Sundays or bank holidays, and all orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.

Some order may require a signature, and customers may be required to provide proof of age on receipt of orders.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges: All shipping is calculated at checkout.

Event Tickets

In most instances, our event tickets do not require shipping. The majority of our events use e-tickets which will be emailed to you directly after purchase. In the case a physical ticket is purchased any shipping will be calculated at the checkout. 

RETURNS POLICY 

You can cancel your order and get a refund if you get in touch before it is shipped. We hope that you will enjoy all of your purchases, however if this is not the case, we will offer to refund the cost of the product when your item is returned to us in the original, unopened state within 14 working days of being delivered. The original delivery costs may not be subject to a refund. All items will be inspected on return.

Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they’re packed sufficiently to avoid any damages on route. We would also recommend you obtain a proof of postage. Items will be refunded at the purchase price, this includes sale items. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
